In this Share & Learn session, we will spend some time reflecting on how local oral health program (LOHP) back-to-school activities went and consider how to strategically prepare for the rest of the school year. Katie Conklin and Bahar Amanzadeh from the California Oral Health Technical Assistance Center (COHTAC) will walk you through school dental program resources and moderate a discussion with a few LOHPs on what goes into their planning for the duration of the school year. You’ll hear from Stanislaus County, the City and County of San Francisco, and the Smile Keepers Dental Program in Tuolumne County. We will end the session with a live demonstration and training from the System for California Oral Health Reporting (SCOHR). There will be ample time for you to ask questions and engage with the presenters. We hope you leave this session feeling energized and equipped with new ideas to implement in your LOHP!
