• How to report KOHA data and create data visualizations to communicate outcomes with stakeholders.
• Develop outreach to parents, providers, and community members.
• Strategies to build relationships with school districts.

• How to set up school-based/linked programs.
• How to create a framework/roadmap for establishing partnerships for setting up school-based/linked programs.
• Available resources on the COHTAC website, how to access them, and how to get additional support.
• How to collaborate with school staff to get SCOHR data reported and methods to communicate the results.
