- School-based/linked programs, resources, and best practices.
- How to report KOHA data and create data visualizations to communicate outcomes with stakeholders.
- Develop outreach to parents, providers, and community members.
- Strategies to build relationships with school districts.
Attendees learned:
- How to set up school-based/linked programs.
- How to create a framework/roadmap for establishing partnerships for setting up school-based/linked programs.
- Available resources on the COHTAC website, how to access them, and how to get additional support.
- How to collaborate with school staff to get SCOHR data reported and methods to communicate the results.
