Beverly (Bev) Isman was a dedicated leader in oral health, advancing patient care through her commitment to clinical research, education, and community service. Over her career, she helped improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral diseases while mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. She served on the California Partnership for Oral Health (CPOH), and the CPOH Communications and Oral Health Literacy Workgroup. Her lasting contributions continue to shape the field and improve oral health outcomes for communities she served.
