Installation of New ASTDD Officers
On Sunday afternoon, at the National Oral Health Conference, the following individuals were installed as officers for ASTDD:

- Tommy Johnson, DMD (AL), Director
- Frances Wise, PhD (AK), Director

Certificates of appreciation were presented to Chris Farrell, RDH, BSDH, MPA (MI), Mona Van Kanegan, DDS, MS, MPH (IL), Angela Filzen, DDS (MS), and John Welby, MS who stepped down from the Board.
ASTDD Awards
On Sunday afternoon, at the National Oral Health Conference, awards were presented to the following individuals/organizations. Congratulations!
- Outstanding Achievement Award– Jana Winfree, DDS, MPH
- M. Dean Perkins, DDS, MPH Distinguished Service Award– Apple Tree Dental
- Greg McClure Memorial President’s Award – Beverly Isman, RDH, MPH, ELS
- Excellence in Communications Award - Minnesota Oral Health Program
In addition, ASTDD/American Dental Association/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Fluoridation Special Merit Awards were presented to the Arcora Foundation and the California Oral Health Technical Assistance Center (COHTAC). The awards brochure can be viewed here.

2024-2026 ASTDD Strategic Map
