The Office of Oral Health is pleased to announce a Referral Management/Care Coordination Software demonstration by Social Solutions via Zoom.
The purpose of the webinar is to present additional information on a software option and to learn more about Social Solutions. In regard to responding to the RFA, you are not required to make a decision to purchase a software until December 2021. http://socialsolutions.com/
The purpose of the RFA is to increase the number children receiving dental screenings and referrals. Creating or expanding school-linked dental programs utilizing referral management tools and implementing care coordination will successfully link children to a source of dental care and improve communication, effective information sharing, and care management among providers and delivery systems.
