The Organization for Safety, Asepsis, and Prevention (OSAP) is holding a 4-part COVID-19 Webinar Series providing specific infection prevention and control information for dental settings. These webinars will be recorded for future access and each will be worth 1 CE hour (ADA CERP Credit), provided through OSAP.
The next webinar, COVID-19 Guidance for Dental Assistants, will be held on Friday, December 11th at 4pm ET. Dental assistants provide a critical role in the infection prevention program for dental clinical settings. This course will outline the current interim infection prevention and control guidance from CDC, OSHA and several professional organizations. Presenters will discuss implications for the roles and responsibilities of the dental assistant, and will describe strategies and resources for implementing current guidance.
The last webinar in the series will be held on January 8, 2021 and will focus on airborne precautions and ventilation.
