This presentation will describe the ECOHA system established as part of the F5 Riverside/San Bernardino Dental Transformation Initiative (DTI) Local Dental Pilot Project (LDPP). Participants will understand how this system can leverage the ability of home visitors and community health workers to: 1)Categorize Families based on risk of children developing dental disease, 2)Provide basic oral health information 3)Identify families in greater need of oral health care support.
