Presenter: David Kane is a Staff Attorney with Western Center’s Health Team, with a focus on administrative advocacy, litigation, and support for California’s health care advocacy community. Previously, he was an attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County’s Health Consumer Center. David received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his B.S. from Northwestern University.
