Join the CHOICES Community of Practice for a coffee chat to learn about resources and tools available through the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP 2.0) framework to support community engagement and partnerships in your planning efforts.
Guest speaker Anna Clayton, Senior Program Analyst from the National Association of County and City Health Officials, will highlight resources available to help identify and assess key partners to engage in your community health improvement planning process. Identifying the people and organizations that have the power to influence progress on your selected health issues is a key step to advancing your priorities and promoting health equity. In this coffee chat, we will highlight the resources available to identify community partners, assess their role and power, and discuss ways you can use this information to engage partners and effect change.
This coffee chat will include a short presentation followed by a group discussion. Please submit questions or topics that you would like our guest speaker to address when you register for the event.
