The Department of Health Care Services, Medi-Cal Dental Services Division will host an informational webinar on Medi-Cal dental member support services. The same webinar will be held on September 9 and 18, 2019, and will include information on the following topics and processes related to Medi-Cal dental services: care coordination, case management, complaint process, language assistance, personal health information requests, and the use of authorized representatives.
