Now more than ever, public health systems must clearly explain how strategies, programs, and services deliver better health outcomes for people and communities. During this one-hour webinar, sector leaders will share how they advance public health in their respective communities and how Clear Impact plays an important part in those efforts. The Arkansas Department of Health will present their accreditation from the Public Health Accreditation Board and Scorecard is used to publicize state health assessment data and to manage the department's Strategic Plan. Forsyth County Public Health will present how they use Scorecard to implement their Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and integrate it with state initiatives from the North Carolina Health Department.
