If you are not able to access any of the resources in the Resource Center, please follow the 2-Step Process. 

2- Step Process

1. Create a UCSF BOX account

• California Oral Health Technical Assistance Center staff member emails the shared link inviting you to collaborate on a folder or request a link email [email protected] to create a BOX folder
• Open and accept the invitation to collaborate
• 
• You will be prompted to create a BOX username and password
• 
• If you receive a message restricting your access, please email [email protected] for the document (s) to be emailed direclty to you
• 

2. Sign-in to UCSF BOX account

• Select an example document here to test on BOX
• A UCSF message will appear with 2 options:
  1. Select "Continue" if you are an UCSF employee and have a BOX account. 
  2. Select "Not a part of University of California, San Francisco?" and follow the prompts if you are not a UCSF employee.
  • 
  • If you select the 2nd Option, "Not a part of University of California, San Francisco?", you will be prompted to Sign-in to your BOX account using your username and password that you created in Step 1.

    • The resource will open through BOX to view and download.
